Refund Policy 

We have a 30-day return policy on all products unless the product was customized or personalized. If the product was shipped, customer is responsible for return shipping. If the product was delivered, customer is responsible for returning product to North Webster, IN. All returns must be received in the same good condition as originally received. Returns will be processed after return package inspection.
