We have a 30-day return policy on all products unless the product was customized or personalized. Customized or personalized products are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for returning product to North Webster, IN. All returns must be received in the same good condition as originally received. Returns will be processed after return inspection. For freshly printed Fine Art America purchases, please follow instructions on that site.
